Child Find / IEP Service

Support in early intervention screening, evaluation, placement and educational needs.

ASP Program

The Adult Protective Services Program supports ongoing case management and in-home services through Community-Based services

Children's Medical Services - Early Steps

Provides support to at risk children that have a high risk of developmental disabilities or delays by providing programs and services.

CCDA - Community Care of Disabled Adults

ssists adults (18 through 59 years of age) who have a permanent physical or mental disability that restricts their ability to perform one or more activities of daily living and impedes their capacity to live independently. 

Children's Home Society

Palm Beach County child services for adoption, foster care and counseling needs.

SSA - Social Security Administration

Supplemental Security income disability program to assist those with disabilities that prohibit them from living independently.
